LINC Pumps
All LINC pumps are manufactured
of 316 stainless steel to provide excellent corrosive resistance to
chemicals in the harshest environments, such as outdoor installations
and offshore platforms. When space is a concern, the small footprint of
our pumps can provide pressures up to 15,000 psi to give you accurate
chemical dosing when and where you need it most.
a. 84T Series Plunger Pumps
The
LINC 84T Series Metering Pumps are built of 316 Stainless Steel (ss) to
provide excellent corrosive resistance from chemicals in the harshest
environments. The plungers are available in either 17-4ph ss (standard)
or Ceramic to meet your specific application requirements.

b. 85T Series Bellows Pumps
Built
of 316 Stainless Steel for increased resistance to corrosive chemicals,
the LINC 85T Series Pneumatic Metering Pump features a PTFE Bellows
that is actuated by an intermediary fluid thereby isolating the chemical
being pumped from the dynamic seals.

- Leak free Bellows Design Isolates chemicals for Seal Longevity &Environmental Protection.
c. LINC Timer, Model L13223
The
LINC Timer is an adjustable device that operates all LINC metering
pumps by producing pneumatic pulses to stroke the LINC pump. Each stroke
of timer represents one discharge of the pump which then exhausts to
allow the piston plunger to return. The number of strokes per minute is
adjustable from 4-50 strokes and is adjustable to meet the needs of your
specific application. A convenient knob is located on the front of the
timer to provide easy reference when increasing or decreasing the number
of pulses per minute. Example = {strokes per minute (spm) x volume per
stroke = volume injected per minute/hour}
